Shipping was quick. However, I find it very annoying that I had to pay $22 for boots I couldn’t wear even if I wanted to. (I understand a policy, but it’s a turn off for first time buyers trying to figure out sizes). I don’t have particularly wide calves so I didn’t think I needed the wide calf style when ordering. Pretty disappointing and I will not be ordering any more boots from this company.

I haven't received my order yet.

Returned immediately. There was a seam down the front that permanently creased the front of the boot and it looked awful. Material also felt plastic-y. Wish I had never made the purchase and waste over $22 in shipping costs. I asked for any support since I had to pay shipping both ways, but they refused to help.

Slightly disappointed. The grommets on my sandals are inside out on the top of the sandal. The stitching on the sandal immediately started coming out.
