The staff at the Dom were so helpful and super friendly with all the questions I had for exchanges/refunds. The sneakers arrived super quickly and were great quality. Very much recommend!

May I suggest: 1. You send a link that Australia Post can print off and attach to return parcel with free return (like other competitive retailers provide). The p&h cost near $19. This is very expensive for pensioners, and others alike. 2. You not require the invoice to be enclosed as for those who cannot print off, it becomes complicated and time consuming.
