I do love The Dom, I've shopped on here many times and always find a bargain! I would love, love, love it if they kept free delivery as well.

Customer service was fine but The Dom policy are not reasonable. If you’re going to be an online service and require the purchase to be a certain amount for free shipping then you should pay for the shipping returns.

Very happy with the follow up when my order didn’t arrive. Contacted complaints department and they sorted it out in a timely manner.

Although it was a shock that they were jelly baby type of plastic, these shoes are really fabulous to wear now mu feet are used to the texture. They are light and solid! My only sadness is that when you shop the item they also show a lime green coloured one too. Really wish i could order those too!

Love the dress

I only discovered The Dom rercently, and was a little tentative purchasing a dress from them as the price seemed too good to be true. However my fears were soon gone as the item arrived very promptly and was exactly as it was advertised. I am now a huge fan and have purchased several more items times since then. All have arrived very quickly. I have not needed to return anything as they are exactly as advertised. Top quality and big discounts.

No response to emails poor communication

Am disappointed that sizing on both items purchased was described incorrectly resulting in a waste of money since both are unreturnable. The blazer in particular looked different to the image as well. Am very disappointed with my first purchase and would hesitate before buying again.

Still waiting to hear why the discount available was not able to be applied to my purchase

I had to return some items as the sizing was wrong and your customer service by Jocelyn was excellent. They were responsive and fast in helping. Unfortunately, the returns policy is just not as good as other sites with return not being free and no ability to exchange due the brand. The process of having to return item, wait for a credit note then repurchase means I am unlikely to buy again. The items also ended up costing more to get the better fitting size.

Bought a shoes adidas , but adidas sent a wrong one , sent it back to adidas but can’t deliver I originally purchased. Going to refund me
