Would prefer if customers could designate delivery times slots instead of the yogurt just showing up. Would prefer if the flavors available online were also available at retail stores in Brooklyn or Manhattan (the specialty flavors like Protein Banana Bread and Vanilla Milkshake) The collab flavors are great but would prefer things not so cloyingly sweet. Bring back the coffee, matcha, or tea inspired flavors! Something bitter to offset the sweetness. The latest delivery I received the jars read that they don’t expire until March but they were ready to explode when I opened the box, some had even leaked something syrupy and sticky. It’s as if they had been sitting on the warehouse shelves for too long. Otherwise overall the coconut cult is delicious.

Dear Coconut Cult, please, PLEASE make Vanilla Malk Shake one of your ongoing Subscriber flavors - not just an occasional seasonal flavor! It is the BEST!

My first order was spoiled. Not past expiration date, but must’ve not transported well because upon arrival, I immediately placed in fridge and opened just a few hours later. All my jars were no good. My second order was just fine.

5 Stars for the product but 2 stars for Online Store, Customer Service, delivery. The online store only allows you to delay shipments. If I want the products shipped sooner there is no option for that. Customer service is a stock response and has taken me upwards of a week + to get help. Delivery- I have a subscription. I will get notified that my order processed but can be 2 weeks + before the product is shipped. I get it, made in small batches etc but I am having to work pretty hard to remain a subscriber. Would have cancelled a while ago but the Yogurt, health benefits and online flavors keep me as a customer. I wish the Customer Service and online ordering experience was a good as the product!

I’ve purchased Original many times. But only one batch was tingly. The others not so much and once the jar is opened it looses its freshness quick. So needs to be consumed fast. I still like it but every time looking for a tingly feeling that i love

I hate to get to preachy- people can figure it out themselves. It is absolutely the best food addition I've made to my “clean diet”.
