I love coconut cult however recently the texture has been different more watery I hope this isn’t a way to cheap out and make more profit Please don’t fix something that’s not broken!

This has been the worst experience I’ve had with an online purchase. I placed an order over a month ago and have yet to receive consumable product. Items were shipped twice and both times arrived outside of the 2 day window that guarantees the quality of the product. Both times the ice packs were completely melted and fluids leaking from the ice pack as well as jars. In one of the shipments I also found ants inside the shipping box. I asked for a refund because I don’t want to deal with this anymore and Cassiel stated some nonsense about once it’s been billed she cannot do a refund but somehow with magic was able to refund 10% of the order back. Now no one is responding to my emails as no one ever answers the phone.

I love the yogurt so much I became a subscriber. I’m disappointed with the selection of flavors that is available to subscribers though, I wish there were more options. Especially now that it is Fall, I was hoping to see some Fall flavors available like pumpkin, apple, or pecan - not the latest release of matcha.

All of the flavors I’ve tried have been delicious, and when there was an issue with my first order they immediately reached out to make sure the issue was rectified. Overall excellent company!

Poor business processes and inferior order fulfillment.

After successfully making my own Reuteri yogurt, I decided to give this a try from my local health food stores (less work)! It is a supplement in food form, therefore you cannot compare the price or size to other yogurts where one container is a single serving. With its creamy and dense texture, 2 spoonfuls is satisfying, especially if you add nuts. I love dairy and this is a dairy free product that feels like I'm enjoying a full fat milk yogurt. My favorite flavors are passion fruit (it is divine!!!) and chocolate. The original coconut is okay. I did not like strawberry, it tasted off. The jars can be sticky, which is weird, but I store them on top of a plastic bag and wipe as needed to keep my fridge shelf clean. I found customer support to be helpful. I can't speak to their subscription service. Purchasing from stores works better for me, but I might be missing out on some great flavors. That apple pie flavor reviewed by another customer sounds really good! Thank you Coconut Cult for your yogurts! So happy to have your products supporting my health. I am so a RN and a bit of a biohacker.

Product arrived damaged. Was told it would be replaced… instead charged for another batch. Still haven’t tried the product. It’s been over a month since purchasing.

Always searching for different flavors. Came back from a business trip. Landed at the Detroit airport. Saw the Ann Arbor Whole Foods had the Milkshake flavor and had to buy the last three jars on my drive home! Love it!!

Poor customer service. Slow delivery. Faulty packaging. Damaged product.

Yogurt was delicious, but I think all of the prebiotic bacteria died before I even opened the package because the jars were warm and the cooling packs were leaking everywhere when I received the shipment, which I immediately brought into the house the second it arrived.

Satisfaction was not good - at all! This is a perishable product. Received our two jars a few minutes after the 48 hr window which was nearly 7:30 PM and was likely after being out on a hot delivery truck the entire day. I thankfully saw the delivery email a couple of hours later and immediately put it in our refrigerator. The delivery text didn’t come until 10:00 am the next day. One jar has discoloring at the bottom and one jar seems to have leaked a bit on the outside of jar so neither have been opened yet. I have been working with customer service to address but every time I respond, it takes them several days to respond. At this point, they’ve been unwilling to reimburse my original purchase and furthermore, they still have not given me feedback to at least confirm the product should be safe to consume and I’m going on nearly two weeks since delivery.

I love the Cult, used to chase it in obscure places over NYC when it still was so bubbly upon opening it would fly off. Now a longtime special flavor subscriber. I love the expansion—just keep the quality and integrity of ingredients please—and overall very happy for your success! I used to LOVE the special flavors—cookies and cream, creamsicle, key lime pie…. but lately, I have found the monthly new flavors just abysmal: Princess cake has a great name, but tastes like the rejects of all the fruit flavors. I’m not so into matcha so skipped that month. Some of the old Halloween collabs with Hu were great in theory, but were basically just a candy bar inside an established flavor. Point being: you’ve given us some great flavors, give us more of the winners but don’t feel you have to come up with a new flavor every month. We will appreciate quality over quantity. Want me some more apple pie, not another princess cake dud. Onward!

Had to throw both flavors, taste is absolutely disgusting.

I am so happy that I gave this yogurt a chance. Was watching Bobby Approve video on YouTube, and he raved how delicious it was. I just purchased mine from Target. I got the lemon meringue and the organic berry basket flavor. Omg I loved them. I am a fan now. We also got the Oreo one I believe and that was delicious.

Great product and customer service

Pricey shippingdirectly from Coconut cult would be worth it if you could get what you want. The online variety of flavorselections not adequate however.

The yogurt is great. It took a while for the shipment & then UPS kept changing the time later & later. My package arrived kinda melted, the ice packs were already warm, and the yogurt was separated. I just put in the fridge & mixed it up tho, it didnt taste sour or anything. I may need to just find a local store to purchase it from. It was kinda pricey & long wait to get it shipped. Otherwise the yogurt works as advertised, it helped my stomach & tastes great. 5 stars for the yogurt 3 stars for the shipping. So average 4 stars overall.

All 3 leaked in box did not try due to possible contamination risk
