This time both jars were bad. I didn’t leave them outside more than 30 minutes when I got them. It wouldn’t mix together and tased soo off when I tried a little to make sure. Super bummed and scared to get again but have loved it in the past.

Customer service cancelled my order without letting me know in advance of doing so and also did not help me whatsoever when I was refunded the incorrect amount for an order I did not receive. Horrible service.

Really great probiotic coconut-based yogurt. My chief complaint is quality control. Some are so thick that they’re practically solid. Others are very runny. Almost every jar we’ve received via mail or bought in stores has been oozing sticky syrup. That needs to be fixed asap.
