I am a bit cynical about these kind of things, but not only does this taste great, I am convinced I'm more relaxed as I'm drifting off to sleep. Loving it.

Just wanted to say that it's incredibly sweet. Too sweet. I use unsweetened almond milk to try and make it less sweet. But I do think that it has helped me, I mix it with Ashwaganda and Reishi. I'm reordering as it's now part of my night routine.

Wow! This stuff is amazing. I have it every morning and have really noticed the difference in my energy levels since taking it. I also gave it to my 21 year old son to try as he had started a new job requiring early starts and, not being a morning person, I thought it might help. He would not go without it now. He functions so much better in the mornings now. A great product!

Great flavour and makes a nice substitute for my usual caffeinated black tea with milk that keeps me up at night. I have this before bed and its a nice treat, ill be ordering more.
