So far I've only tried the am booster and I love it. Tastes good and I really do feel energised after, better than coffee. I've had the flu and this has really helped keep me motivated. Can't wait to feel 100% and use it before a run or workout, but even just to curb the 3pm slump at work and avoid the sugar cravings this works! Yes I will be ordering more.

I use the Booster as a pre-workout drink before the gym. It gives me an energy boost but without the ‘rush’ or crash’ that comes with other products. The Dreamer has helped me sleep more deeply and feel more rested in the morning. I was waking through the night and struggling to get back to sleep but now if I wake I can easily fall asleep again. I would highly recommend trying!

I found that this has really helped me get a solid nights sleep and look forward to a serving of the Dreamer each night mixed with a warm cup of milk. The booster also offers me a great kickstart to the day (R.I.P coffee). Seriously, what a great product!

I just recently started taking Night. I have always suffered from bad leg cramps in the night and I`ve tried just about everything on the market to help reduce the frequency and the pain that just grabs whenever I move my legs into a different position, hence always sleepless nights. BUT what a difference Night has made. I haven`t suffered cramp in the night since I started taking this and I`m able to sleep right through the night. It tastes great and I certainly will not miss out on having my nightly warm drink. Many thanks team Help.

The Booster is great, loads of energy for the gym and the day in general. The Dreamer???? Tried using 3 nights in a row..WORST restless nights of no sleep, tossing and turning all night. Obviously a reaction and not suited to me.

i have been using the booster now for awhile and I love it ... so I thought I'd try the dreamer.... it did the trick and I slept well but I'm not keen on the taste and it made me feel I little ill. i think cause it was too sweet.

Not too sure what i was expecting but this has been outstanding! I love taking my booster in the mornings as it really gets me through the day!

I’ve been using this product for 3 years. I’ve incorporated it for non anxiety provoking caffeine and vitamin supplement. I work in high paced crisis and high risk work and need to be on my game daily without impacting my stress levels and all the impacts on my health that come with this career. I’ve gotten colleagues onto it and we reach for this instead of poor choices when we know we need to think clearly and do more hours than a normal day. Only recommendation, make a monthly subscription deal with a discount as I’m a loyal consumer and would sign up!

As a regular user of The Booster, I had also just run out of my first sachet of The Dreamer and being able to purchase them together as a pack is fantastic! The two compliment each other - I use The Booster first thing in the morning to get me going, and again prior to a workout and a cup of warm oat milk with The Dreamer of an evening settles and prepares me for a good night's sleep.

Very happy with this product, better than a similar brand I used before, I used to find it very hard to get to sleep and stay asleep, now after drinking this product, I fall asleep quite quickly, and if I wake up during the night, I usually go back to sleep.

I just have to say I’m addicted to the taste. It really knocks me out. I find I’m falling asleep watching TV after I’ve drunk it. I drag myself to bed and fall straight to sleep. The only problem is then I wake up an hour or two later busting to go to the bathroom because I drank something before bed (stupid bladder) otherwise I would sleep right through the night. I make it with soy milk + calcium.

I have been using the help for a while now and definitely notice the difference when I don’t use it . I now make sure I always have another ready to go when one runs out .
