The chair people gave a great service,the young lady sat down with us explained all about the chairs,from the wood to the material,her knowledge was brilliant very professional. The choice of material was colossal,we was told all about each material from stain free to bespoke excellent 5*treatment. The chairs arrived by a professional delivery driver who bought the chairs in,unpacked them,then put them around the table,they are absolutely stunning,a very heavy sturdy chair well worth the money,highly recommend this company you won’t be disappointed

Amzing service from start to finish. Zowie is a whizz with materials, colours etc. . then Mike does the rest, . . he does the bum test delivery, sales (he knows everything aobut the chairs) I secretly think he makes the chairs himself and then he packs them up, organises the delivery and then delivers them. !! Seriously wonderful people an great products. . cannot fault them!

The chairs and bar stools are really good quality and comfortable. The “bum test” is an inspired idea and gave me a really good idea of what worked in my house. All the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Julie and Mike. The range of fabrics and speed with which samples were delivered was exemplary.

We have just bought two bar stools from The Chair People. They are one of the best companies we have ever dealt with. From first point of contact they were charming, helpful, and so efficient. Nothing was to much trouble. The website is excellent and then to be able to try out the chairs in ones own home is fantastic. Once we had decided what we wanted and ordered them delivery followed soon after. Pricing is very competitive and the quality of the chairs is first class. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot praise the Chair People enough, they went above and beyond any expectations to make sure our chairs arrived in time for my daughters wedding. From the first point of contact, they were professional, friendly and nothing was to much trouble! The chairs are comfortable, and look amazing in the kitchen, great quality too!
