Courteous, helpful and efficient. Really good quality chair

We wanted more comfortable dining chairs and found the chair people offering a large selection with almost unlimited choice of coverings. We particularly sought the supportive “Tub” style but could not increase the table/chair footprint with a chair that would not “store” under the table. When we chose the pattern, the clincher was that they offered “ a bum test” delivering a selection of samples for us to try at home before committing to order. We were then confident in doing so and the end product was delivered to time and very much up to expectation. Good company and very good ,impressive service. Highly recommended.

We are thrilled with our new dining chairs which are perfect. They have been custom made to our exact choice of style, upholstery fabric and wood colour. The staff were incredibly helpful without being at all pushy. The "bum test" enabled us to choose the perfect style both for comfort and setting. The price is very fair given the very high quality and custom made product. We would recommend The Chair People to anyone.

We ordered bar stools through our kitchen company and were so pleased that we looked direct for dining chairs. Zowie was incredibly helpful in advising on fabrics and we also could test a couple of chair options when Mike delivered our bar stools. Our new dining chairs look amazing and are very comfortable. We ordered some very stylish bar stools from The Chair People, Zowie couldn't of been more helpful and made our whole experience perfect . The extensive designs and fabrics means there is something for everyone tastes. In addition, our order was delivered 2 weeks than anticipated which was a lovely surprise. The service from initial enquiry to final delivery was exceptional. Zowie was on hand to answer questions and Mike who delivers the stools during the Covid-19 pandemic, was courteous and helpful. Zowie arranged for Mike to bring three stools to my home to show us some of the range and sit on, which was brilliant so we were able to select the final design. We had ours covered in a beautiful pale blue leather and they are my favourite item in the refurbished kitchen. I highly recommend The Chair Company.

Absolutely love the chairs second set I bought after having the bar chairs for 18 months I decided to buy some new dining chairs, then I bought two bar chairs for my brother. Service is great too and Mike is wonderful.

Zowie was extremely helpful. Sent samples of materials and wood finishes. Gave so much advice. Sent pics. Was brilliant. The chairs and bar stools we ordered are top quality. Beautiful finish and detail. Look stunning. Delivery service first class. Highly recommend 😊
