Great service, extremely helpful Amazing product

Fabulous, high quality product, beautifully made. Great communication from the sales and delivery teams. The best thing about this company (apart from the product!) is the Bum Test. How often have you ordered something and found that it doesn’t fit with your existing decor/layout, or is terribly uncomfortable? We were able to try out four different chairs for comfort as well and style. The fabric range is extensive and they didn’t complain when I asked for hundreds of samples in trying to find the right one. If you can’t see what you want on the website, call Zowie as she came up trumps for fussy old me. She even let me order the chairs in three different fabric colours.

We could t be happier with our beautiful dining chairs. From booking in a Bum Test and meeting the super friendly and helpful Mike who made relevant and helpful suggestions to working with the talented Zowie for the fabric design and planning. In between and around those 2 folk must be some very clever people who made our lovely chairs. A remarkable company who deliver exactly what the say they will and the quality and comfort of the chairs is fabulous. 10/10. I will post pics when the new table arrives and I 'dress' it up.

The Bum test was a winner. These chairs are expensive so to know they will fit and you have all the choices of fabrics was amazing.

The service was first class from ordering swatches at the start to the delivery of the chairs. Communication, mainly email, was excellent with any questions I had being answered straight away. The chairs were delivered on time and the quality stunning. I am so pleased with them, thanks to all the chair people team.

The stools are beautifully made and the fabric expertly fitted. Every time I look at them I see how well they have been made and identically matched. They are eye catching and had many compliments from neighbours and friends.
