Fantastic smooth tasting coffee thankyou

the Bean Shop is always great. besides their invariably wonderful and freshly roasted coffee, their service is second to none.

It’s the great taste of coffee that we’ve always had from Bean Shop Coffee (usually Air Ambulance) but now needing to use decaf. Delighted with the real coffee taste & flavour Ordering and delivery are easy hassle free

My orders are always met promptly. Once, when I did not my usual whole beans, The Bean Shop checked to make sure I had not made a mistake. I appreciated that extra effort and care.

Decaffeinated coffee at its best, this Brazilian coffee is fantastic

As already said. Excellent service as always. Arrived very quickly. BUT, missed the wee chocolate I usually get.

Really enjoyed the flavour of this coffee and the nice thick crema

Great service once more

Would recommend for the perfect start to the day!

Great chocolate for the lactose intolerant

Fine as usual.

Not enough superlatives to praise the staff and service.

Always good to, speedy service . Wonder if morning blend has changed ?

Great service as always. Such a happy team always willing to help.

Always a pleasure to visit the shop. Friendly and helpful staff. Great coffee!

The bag of beans arrived promptly. Upon having my first cup of the beans, I was disappointed that they had so little flavour. After trying with them a few more times and using far more grounds than I would usually have to use, I noticed that the beans have quite a sour and burnt aftertaste. This was disappointing. Upon emailing the seller, I received a patronising email, assuming that I am not aware of how to pull an espresso shot. All in all, a mediocre product and worse service. I won’t be ordering again

Easy to find the product I needed and place the order.

Very fast delivery and always great quality

Always great friendly service with an amazing range of coffee beans

Had ordered our usual collect service but plans prevented this and the team at The Bean Shop made it very easy to change to a delivery instead. Brilliant service as always. Many thanks.
