The bag of beans arrived promptly. Upon having my first cup of the beans, I was disappointed that they had so little flavour. After trying with them a few more times and using far more grounds than I would usually have to use, I noticed that the beans have quite a sour and burnt aftertaste. This was disappointing. Upon emailing the seller, I received a patronising email, assuming that I am not aware of how to pull an espresso shot. All in all, a mediocre product and worse service. I won’t be ordering again
