Earl Grey Jasmine is my favourite tea from The Bean Shop. It’s got a lovely flavour with a hint of Jasmine. I got £5 off using my points so I tried Sencha Wild Grey which is a vibrant green tea. The staff are lovely here.

I was disappointed to receive this mug in a tatty old Bodum box with recycled padding. For a porcelain mug costing £25, I had expected more appropriate packaging, particularly as it was bought as a Christmas gift. A mug is a tricky item to wrap neatly, so having to source alternative packaging was inconvenient. When I contacted customer services, I was offered the option to return the item for a refund at my own cost, which I decided against as the return postage would have cost roughly the same as sourcing suitable gift wrapping. Given that the item was due to be reduced in the sales, a partial refund would have felt like a more reasonable gesture of goodwill and more in the spirit of Christmas.
