Love the steamer which has saved from bending down on my knees to wash my large kitchen floor and other areas of my house. This is my second steamer from Thane as my old one packed it in after several years.

Ab doer is good for people with knee problems. But as it arrived damaged.i am not happy about it as nobody from the team have contacted me since my submission of damaged pictures of product.

Works Great - as advertised

We used it today for the first time. Easy to assemble, easy to use and really did a fantastic job. I would recommend it.

It’s a great workout, but didn’t get the healthy eating guide that was supposed to be with it.

I never received it and can’t talk to anyone, very frustrating and will never purchase from Thane again!!!

What a scam!! Contact your state's BBB for help. They don't stop until they resolve your issue.

I love it for my bike without fenders. But can't figure out how to use it with my bike with fenders and I bought the adapter. Could not find any way to get support.

My steamer does not work properly. I don’t know how to get a hold of anyone I’ve been out of town I just used it today November 11. I have to return it before the end of the month. I'm still trying it out, but so far, so good. I keep finding things to use it on, but I love it on the floors! The only downside the I found is I think the handle could be a little more sturdy. I'm kind of hard on cleaning tools. Also I also wish there were a tool with a bonnet to get into small crevices. I love the fact that it only needs - WATER! It also has a higher temperature than the other steam cleaners out there. I wish I had something like this when all my kids were little and at home. But it does make life a little easier for me now. Thank you.

I felt it really did a good job killing germs! It did not agree with my concrete floors, left marks on floor. My fault for using on a glazed floor!
