My machine arrived promptly about 2 weeks ago . I don't know why i have not bought one before it is so useful. We are on 3 floors and about to hopefully move into another 3 floor house and will be looking at purchasing another machine , although it is light and easy to move around . I am trying to order the extra tools to steam mattresses and clothes. I love the machine and I am recommending it to friends .
