Really poor experience with Tesevo support. Tried to return the latest CarPlay adapter as it doesn’t actually work with the Tesla Model Y Juniper but that gets ignored. I have given up trying to work with Tesevo on a resolution after wasting so much time already. The product is only good for the bin.

Took over a month to deliver and now that I got it 3 of them are perfect but one of them is faulty and doesn’t hold on properly to 2 of the spokes I have to use zipties to keep it from coming off while driving I’m currently talking to customer service to see if Tesevo can resolve the issue with a replacement !

I got ups tracking 2 weeks prior to it shipping out in the US. I prefer to get it when it ships and was also about 2 weeks late. But they are clean just make sure you check them before installing for extra plastic because they are a pain to get off

I am not able to provide a rating at this time. Esthetically, the roof rack looks great on my Tesla Model Y, but driving more than 35 miles per hour, there are significant whistling and wind noise. It's become unbearable. It’s been over a month, and I am still working for Candice, their customer service rep, to resolve this matter. I can come back to provide updated rating on resolution, if any. Thanks!
