The shipping was on time..everything came in one piece, no damage..hope the trees are planted as you promise with buying tent ;) that is most important to me

I ordered one Backyard Tree Tent & Hammock Stand about a year ago, just when it was announced. Paid in full. Months, after months later I reached to them asking about the delivery status. They said they had "production issues: due to Covid. Then more months later they said they sold out the first 50 pieces (I am calling bluff because I ordered it minutes after they sent the email announcing this new product) and they they'll need to reach another 50 orders in order to produce the second batch... Almost a year after the order date, I reach out again and they just canceled the order, blaming it on a manufacturer with whom they've been working, saying that: "We are devastated to how this has turned out and for sure we won't be using the same manufacturer if we decide to sell them in the future." Whatever. This company is shady and not transparent. I don't think that they have sold a single unit of these free standing hammock stands, they were just delaying the inevitable. So deceptive and not very respectful of their clients. So disappointing.

A lot of tents are not in stock at all, delivery in half a year. Even a tent that is in stock takes about two to three weeks to be delivered.

This company has let the genie out of the bottle. Their products are cleverly designed, built with care, and constructed with high quality material. I personally am off to build an Ewok village. That’s where I’ll be.

Rain cover is too small and doesn't fit the tent, so if there is rain you will be all wet !!

Damaged my original strap, called to verify proper replacement and was courteously helped by an associate to order the proper product.

Great service, fast shipping

I absolutely love my Una! I have been a hammock camper for many years, but I was getting tired of the banana shape I would wake up in. When I discovered Tentsile and their lay-flat design, I knew I had to have it. It is everything I hoped an more! 10/10

It has been the best experience camping in the mountains with this hammock.

A great quality tent which is safe and durable, albeit slightly expensive.
