This tent is pretty amazing! Pricey, but ultimately worth it in my opinion. When you think about being up off the ground, away from the potentially damp earth, you realize this tent is the arch enemy of conduction! The bug net will insure a restful night sleep as long as you’re prudent in keeping the doors and floor hatch buttoned up. The craftsmanship and attention to detail of the tree tent is unmatched with any other hammock tent I’ve come across. Also, I contacted customer service and experienced the fastest and most genuinely courteous communication I’ve ever witnessed! Thanks again, Nicola!

I was at a campsite south of Berlin, where i could try the three person tentsile tent. You bring your own sleeping back and Matraze. I relay enjoyed it. First I had some doubts, but it was perfect. Now i am thinking do I need a “normal” tent for my bike packing tour or is Tentsile working instead?

Just picked up a Safari Connect 2-person tent for a kayak camping trip. We had a surprise storm roll in with 30 knot gusts and the Safari Connect handled it like a champ. We had to make a couple adjustments for better leveling and that was extremely easy to do. We have a number of ground tents and an air mattress that we use when overlanding but this was so much more comfortable that I see us making this our main tent for sure. We did have a couple issues from a missing component to a zipper problem however Nicola from Tentsile Support responded promptly and took care of the issues. We greatly appreciate that.

Be aware. . . Your delivery may need a signature. If you work first shift and no one is going to be home to sign for it, ups will let you pay for a scheduled delivery time or pay to let you pick it up from them. Luckily on the last attempt at delivery (before items were sent back) I got home in time.

J'ai acheté un Trillium Giant 3-Person Camping Hammock (3. 0) avec Roofkit et SkyRail Backrest et après une semaine de nuit en forêt je suis absolument fan ! L'expédition et la livraison ont été très rapide, j'ai eu très peur en recevant mes colis car ils ont été visiblement très maltraités, ouverts et fouillés mais heureusement il ne manquait rien et le conditionnement dans les sachets a protégé chaque pièce. Le montage et démontage est très simple même en le faisant toute seule, il suffit juste de trouver les bons arbres et éventuellement de s'équiper d'une échelle pour attacher les skyrails si comme moi vous n'êtes pas très grand (ou alors il suffit de ne pas attacher le trillium trop haut : prévoir 50cm au dessus pour les sky rail ;). Le hamac est super confort, respirant, résistant et les sangles peuvent s'ajuster facilement. J'ai également testé le Roofkit sous une grosse averse et je suis restée au sec avec seulement une légère humidité au niveau des frottements entre le skyrail qui se trouve sur certaine zone à l'extérieur du roofkit. Les animaux sauvages se sont très vites habitués car dès la deuxième nuit j'avais la visite de renards, chevreuils, écureuils et chouettes à moins de 10m c'était incroyable de pouvoir les observer sans les déranger et en se sentant en sécurité au dessus du sol ! Pour rendre l'expérience encore plus parfaite j'ajouterai quelques crochets pour mettre une lampe par exemple sous le roofkit et une poche dans le sky rail sur la partie abritée pour les petits effets (téléphone, livre, lunette) car on ne peux pas accéder aux rangements en dessous du hamac lorsqu'on est à l'intérieur. J'avais amené un petit matelas gonflable pour l'isolation thermique et le confort mais ce n'est pas idéal car il glisse durant la nuit, je dois réfléchir à une solution pour gagner encore plus de confort lors de mon prochain séjour. Je recommande vivement la qualité des produits tentsile !

Bought my Stingray 2 years ago through a dealer. A seam on the rainfly broke causing the fabric to rip. Reported it to Tentsile on a Saturday afternoon, got a reply Sunday morning that they'll send me a new fly on warrenty. Part war sent Monday morning. And the tent is really good

Bought the Safari Stingray with the intention of AirBnB cool tree hammock. First time in the trees I noticed a 1 cm clean linear cut in the floor as well as a matching one in the bug mesh. Hard to believe I caused that putting it up in the trees. Customer service contacted and photos sent. I have used this ONE time and found the rips. Threw it on the guest bed in disgust and ordered the repair kit. Finally patched it and sewed the mesh back together. Pulled the empty stuff sack out of the closet and finding it also coming apart after only One Use has been too much! The product is not worth the cost.

I did request for my package not to be left out side because I live in a bad neighborhood and it was just left on my deck I wasn't happy about that right on the box beside address it said dont leave out side ( they could of left it with purlator location or at the mail (post office) with how much it cost i would of been very upset if it was stolen and part of the package was opened at the end i believe from damage do to travel or handing, But everything was in side thankfully. -Danielle

I had the Stingray 3 person tree tent in the Autumn last year but only just had chance to use it. Ordered the insulated quilt and there was an issue with delivery on the day I was taking my boys campy…. . an email at 6am, followed by a surprise response at 6:20am from customer service and all sorted…. Package delivered 2 hours later in perfect time for my camp trip. We loved our first time using the Stingray.

Super cool tree tent, best sleep ever 😴 you won't regret buying one, and if you for some reason have a problem, thay have the best service I yet have received 💪😃 great job guys Keep it up

I got the connect for Mother’s Day of last year and y use it about 33 times and still like new is a great tree tent and because of that I just bought the stingray I didn’t knew the difference between the safari and the green one I thought it was only the color :( I’ve should’ve order the safari ,now I have to save to get the safari stingray because I love your products. good job and thank you because I can finally sleep in the mountains(unreachable from bears :)

Its misleading to call ur quilts insulated as they dont do any of that. Should be called “Quilt”. Also grossly overpriced for a quilt, i personally find it a joke.
