When we got problem with the rainfly to our Stingray, Tentsile was very helpful and supportive. Thou this was outside warranty they still did everything to help us solve the problem.

I have used this tent three times already and I absolutely love it. I did take it on the backside of a mountain in Vermont. we got a little bit of snow it handled it great I stayed warm and I’m very happy. The only thing is that the main tent pole did bend and I was wondering if you guys could reimburse me for it and send me a new one.

Shipping was very fast and tent was amazing. Definitely worth buying for using with friends and loved ones.

Fast delivery to Sweden, but when it arrives to Fedex it stoped again. 'Fedex are relay bad. They don,t contact for an apointment at delivery. Just turn around at the door and return the package whitout a notice.
