A lot of tents are not in stock at all, delivery in half a year. Even a tent that is in stock takes about two to three weeks to be delivered.

This company has let the genie out of the bottle. Their products are cleverly designed, built with care, and constructed with high quality material. I personally am off to build an Ewok village. That’s where I’ll be.

Rain cover is too small and doesn't fit the tent, so if there is rain you will be all wet !!

Damaged my original strap, called to verify proper replacement and was courteously helped by an associate to order the proper product.

I absolutely love my Una! I have been a hammock camper for many years, but I was getting tired of the banana shape I would wake up in. When I discovered Tentsile and their lay-flat design, I knew I had to have it. It is everything I hoped an more! 10/10

It has been the best experience camping in the mountains with this hammock.

I bought some woods and looked at tree tents ,Tentsile fit the bill.Bought 1 Stingray on sale then later 2 pre owned Safari Stingrays .Getting ready to make good memories in the trees .Orders were filled and shipped with no problems.

Ordered a ground conversion kit for Flite + in sept 22. Paid for it and received an email advising delivery April 23. Stock showed healthy for UK but clearly wasn’t. Customer support excuse was that it is a worldwide site. That just doesn’t cut it for me. There should be the mechanism to prevent ordering out of stock per country. Now Oct 10 and still showing UK stock. Caveat emptor

My Trillium XL has quite literally elevated our park game. My friends and I are taking "hanging in the park" to all new heights. No more sitting in the wet lumpy grass, searching for a comfortable way to enjoy the park views. Now, we lounge comfortably beneath the tree canopy, safe from the hot Colorado sun, surveying the land like kings and queens of the sky. Peasant passersby look up at us in awe and wonder, green with envy. "What?! How?! Where can I get one?!" they ask... "Tentsile!" we proclaim, "...but these trees belong to us!"

I love my Safari XL, I get to literally hang out with my friends and the dogs up in the trees. The hammock is super durable and comfy and it’s easier to put up and take down than one would think. Extremely happy with my purchase.
