Shipping was fairly fast and product is as described.

Shipping took a while, but the product is good. My friends commented that the amount of extra room in the hammock bag is helpful. Most tents or hammocks almost split the seams on the bags used to hold them, but your bag is roomy and makes it easy to store the hammock.

Tensile is very responsive to your concerns and the shipping was extremely fast I had to warranty a tent and they took care of it extremely fast

The material is of very good quality, and intrusions for use just as well - I would insist in the fact that the installation needs to be perfectly horizontal.

I had a great experience, I ordered a pre loved 3 person hammock, Tensile thought they had one in stock, I paid they said they would ship it right out, only to find out they were out of stock. They replaced the pre loved with a brand new one. How Freiking awesome, so stoked , thanks Tensile for a great experience

I ordered one Backyard Tree Tent & Hammock Stand about a year ago, just when it was announced. Paid in full. Months, after months later I reached to them asking about the delivery status. They said they had "production issues: due to Covid. Then more months later they said they sold out the first 50 pieces (I am calling bluff because I ordered it minutes after they sent the email announcing this new product) and they they'll need to reach another 50 orders in order to produce the second batch... Almost a year after the order date, I reach out again and they just canceled the order, blaming it on a manufacturer with whom they've been working, saying that: "We are devastated to how this has turned out and for sure we won't be using the same manufacturer if we decide to sell them in the future." Whatever. This company is shady and not transparent. I don't think that they have sold a single unit of these free standing hammock stands, they were just delaying the inevitable. So deceptive and not very respectful of their clients. So disappointing.
