I had high hopes for my order and was so excited to work on my project that I paid for 2 day shipping. I received one portion of my order after 3 days of shipping but still haven’t received the rest of it. The paper I received is beautiful but unfortunately did not install easily. I have a lot of experience with pre-pasted and non pasted wallpaper but not peel and stick. I just couldn’t get it smooth and ended up tearing it down. Fortunately it came off quite nicely. When I finally get the balance of my order, I will be returning it. I hate to have to but I just can’t make it work.

The pattern is lovely but as a first timer in hanging peel and stick, I found this paper difficult to work with. It’s pretty thin and stretches if you pull too hard on it which then affects lining it up correctly. But my biggest complaint is that one roll is only 16+ feet long! My ceilings are 9 feet and because of the way the pattern match works out, I was only able to get one panel done per roll! That’s crazy! I’m doing a tiny powder room and at $53 a roll, it is still costing me over $600 to do. I’ll stick to paint in the future.

A friend highly recommended Tempaper to me to help me redo our living room. I ordered a sample that I loved that came in a timely manner. I placed an order on 2/18 and come 3/6, I still haven’t received my order. I reached out to customer service, which responded in a timely manner. They apologized and stated that they would be making sure it got sent out today, but I still wouldn’t receive for another 5-7 days. I inquired about expedited shipping, where they said it wasn’t available. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t disappointed in their lack of trying to make up for the fact that they just simply didn’t ship my order. Considering I had someone scheduled to come install the wallpaper for me and it’s delayed my project time, my only hope is that my friends recommendation is that the wallpaper I ordered is as great as she says it is.
