I find the wallpaper hard to work with - thin and very sensitive to our walls that are not perfectly flat. It is BEAUTIFUL and once you get it on you realize how high quality it is!

Decided I didn’t want to do it myself and potentially mess up my half bath. Tried to hire someone and no walpaper company will install. I tried to return it/replace it with the same pattern but traditional paper. They refused, despite the fact that it’s unopened and is still currently in stock. Will never use them or recommend to anyone.

Service was quick and easy. Good communication from the company, as compared to many. Helpful videos. It would be nice to have videos on how to manage corners, both inside and outside corners.

I find this wallpaper hard to deal with. Very thin and bubbles appear even when I’m using the flattening tool. That said the quality of the pattern is high and also beautiful once on. I wish double rolls were sold in all patterns as I’ve spent more than I expected on this project trying to cover small spaces with a repeating pattern.

My shopping and customer support experience were excellent. The paper is not good quality and I am not happy with the performance. I should have bought traditional wallpaper.

The paper looks great, was fairly easy to put up and has stay adhered to our wall even though there is some texture on the wall. It majorly elevated the room, even though we just did 1 wall.
