Mattress is very firm. Even the medium side. Shipping was fast, unboxing easy. Has a nice design & smart removable cover. Just way to firm for my liking and we didn't receive any free pillow….

all went well. the only thing I would change is the amount of plastic it came in and sending that letter opener - a bit contradictory: sending a piece of plastic crap (ie the letter opener) and it stays something about sustainability on it...

Loving our new bed bundle! The flippable base is a great option - we have it on the floor bed setting now for our 2.5yo and can flip to the other setting when he is a bit bigger. He has already been on a Teddy mattress since 14mths and we love how easy it is to clean and also the different firmness options for different ages - we can flip it over to the softer side if family need to borrow the bed to sleep on while they stay!

The pillow is super comfortable and the child loves it so much, it feels like he sleeps better
