Two weeks in and wow, what a difference from the old mattress. Love the two-side firmness and hot/cool cover. We use the firm setting on cool and as the name suggests, its an absolute dream!

Bed was easy to put up, mattress is very comfortable and love the fact that when my daughter is a bit older all we have to do is turn the bed upside down and it transforms into a normal bed, bed base arrived really quickly and when we had issues with the courier company a Teddy customer service was quick to help and got things sorted for us very quickly.
