We had to wait for our mattress as we preordered but that was expected but very happy with the quality and service .
Good bed and bed frame but there was a mix up in delivery which meant we had to wait for them to replace the wrong bed slats they sent

Bed was easy to put up, mattress is very comfortable and love the fact that when my daughter is a bit older all we have to do is turn the bed upside down and it transforms into a normal bed, bed base arrived really quickly and when we had issues with the courier company a Teddy customer service was quick to help and got things sorted for us very quickly.
