I like the flavor of the black tea. I like that you can compost the bags.

I've been blown away by the nuances in these teas. My wife and I love the Oolong teas with their bright flavours. Website was easy to navigate and customer service was spot on. "I'll be back".

The peppermint tea is the best I’ve ever had and my store stopped carrying do I bought a big bag. So good and almost buttery. The Ginger tea is absolutely horrible. It’s bitter and I can’t taste the ginger at all. It may be the only cup of tea I took one sip of and poured out. Tried another bag just in case and nope, still awful.

I ordered the jasmine green tea and it was okay. Not very fragrant in my opinion. However, the price point was great and the entire shopping experience was awesome

The black, oolong, and chamomile are superb teas and the smoothness is exceptional. All 3 are superior to any other brands I’ve tried.

This was my 1st time ordering from Teatulia. I ordered the organic green tea that had the 50 individualized tea bags. The taste is very smooth and refreshing. I will be ordering more in the future. Thank you for such a good quality product

In my opinion the bulk chamomile (50 bags) is much better tasting than the 30 count smaller size option.

Tea-of-the-month club: The teas we received are great quality, but thus far the choice/variety could be a little better. Was expecting more interesting choices, things I have not seen, and not your typical garden-variety teas. If you are new to teas, then the monthly tea club is definitely for you. If you are an experienced tea snob, I wouldn’t recommend it (but still visit their site and buy their teas!) Actual Tea quality/packaging: That said, I am circling back to the tea quality—it is organically great and delicious! You really can taste the difference, wayyyyyyyy better than any store-bought loose leaf tea, and so far better than some tea vendors I have tried. And I really appreciate the fact that Teatulia’s tea containers are biodegradable. If you are looking for a new tea provider, one who cares about their quality and how they impact the environment, go for it! Customer Service: Very helpful and understanding; Teatulia cares about their customers. Summary: 5 stars for quality of teas, 3 stars for monthly variety thus far, and 5 stars for service. 3 stars overall due to m disappointment from monthly tea variety. If variety gets a little more interesting as months go on, will change review stars. ***My only suggestion: perhaps have two or three streams for your monthly club. 1. Novice introduction: teas for people who want to get their feet wet. 2. Experienced Snobbery: teas that are different, not your average teas, for those seeking adventure and surprise. May not be for the faint of heart. 3. Herbal teas only; caffeinated teas only? I know this would require changes, time, and cost to your currently established processes, but perhaps something to consider as you continue to grow.

I lived in Colorado for over 40 years and on a recent trip found and purchased Teatulia teas. Their Earl Grey and Black Teas are wonderful from grocery giant products. Thank you.
