I've been buying in bulk for years. Earlier this year I got a bad batch and gave a negative review. Macey saw my review and reached out to offer a resolution for the bad batch. She went through some effort to find me and make sure that she could make it right. Super stoked for the great tea and customer service!! Read the Guardian article on micro plastics in nylon / synthetic tea bags. Since reading it, I’ve had to cut apart my supply of Teatulia Green and White tea bags to provide a loose supply. You sell the green loose, but your amazing white tea only with the horrible plastic bags. I purchased more recently, and cut the bags off for a loose supply. Please provide loose tea or safe, inert bags.

I am giving Teatulia teas as a Christmas gift so can’t really address the tea. I can say the ordering process and delivery were spot on!

Everything is great with the tea quality and shipping but I wish there was a discount when you buy multiple teas. I bought three teas and spent $90, if it was even $10 off it would've made me feel like I'm getting a deal.

I discovered your green tea at a reception at UMASS Amherst! I've been drinking it exclusively since then. It's so smooth and the bags can be used twice. Have not tried any others, but that's my plan.

Tea drinkers are being ignored in most organic food stores. I can find some good full leaf bagged brands on the shelf and then they disappear after a time. This is a fabulous online solution for organic tea. From the source and quality to the packaging and delivery time (totally ecofriendly too) it shows this company cares. Thank you

I was on the lookout for truly organic green tea. All the junk at grocery stores is just that. Junk from China. I saw a logo tee shirt on Facebook and visited the website. I admire the business practices and I enjoy the tea knowing it comes from a great place. I receive monthly shipments. Grocery store tea is so disgusting now.

Wonderful tea with smooth, mild taste. Fabric tea bags give even gentle brewing. I love white and this is one of the best. The reusable container keeps tea fresh. Delivery was prompt.
