I ordered a matcha tea latte with less ice and oat milk and they gave me hot, so they had to make it again. They gave me it again and the matcha was so pale I can tell they're really stingy with it. They did not whisk the matcha it's like they just put powder in the milk and that's it. That's not how you make matcha. And I'm lactose intolerant, I asked for oat milk. They gave me regular milk.

Never received the order I placed. I tried to call and email but no one has responded and it’s almost been a month…. Terrible customer service..

Love the tea, LOVE the commitment to sustainability and to helping the farmers, love supporting a business owned by women and people of color. Feels and tastes great! I think some of the packaging and design could be very slightly improved, which is the most minor quibble ever. Keep doing awesome stuff with delicious tea.

My daughter and I were on a vacation in San Diego. One of my favorite places to have lunch is the Tom Hand Lighthouse. It was there we were introduced to Teatulia Lemongrass Organic Tea, We liked it so much that I brought the packaging home to search out your company to buy online. I purchased two orders, one sent to my residence and one to my daughter's in Virginia. When they arrived I was disappointed in that the tea bags were not in a protective package like the ones that were used in the restaurant. Perhaps you offer the packaged tea bags on line, if so, I did not notice. Not sure I will order unpackaged tea bags again. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to inquire.

When brewed at a lower temp (185 as recommended for white tea), this tea does not become bitter. The second cup is even smoother without sacrificing any flavor. It would seem I now have yet another addiction!

I absolutely love the tea soda. I got a sampler pack that came with two cans of each flavor and every single flavor is amazing. Unique enough to stand out. I don’t drink traditional soda but I love tea and light carbonation so this is perfect for me. Will be purchasing again.
