The delivery was seamless and the assembly was very quick. The furniture is also great!

After trying to get my delivery 3 times, they finally gave me a day and time that I wasn’t working to get my furniture delivered. I waited the entire time and never received a call about my delivery. I messaged customer service after the delivery window passed and was told they would get with the driver to see what was going on. By then I was over it. They kept giving me the same delivery window after telling them multiple times I’m not available before 2. Only to not deliver my furniture during the time I was promised.

Fernish provided me with a large piece of furniture, a gorgeous lamp and a beautiful rug. Their service was prompt, timely, and polite. The items are beautiful.

A couple of clicks, white glove service, no headaches with delivery, and not just delivery - the guy that came into my apartment said he'd worked for Fernish for three years. That said a lot. I'm sitting at my Kacia dining table and bench now - not sure how I lived without these. I love the option of renting, seeing how it all fits, and then owning. And this is furniture I want to own, but didn't want the full expense up front.

Love isn't strong enough a word to describe how I feel about fernish. When I moved into my apartment two years ago I didn't think i'd stay longer than a year and so renting furniture at the insanely low rates advertised seemed like a very good idea. I have a beautiful bed frame, a dining room table, two dining chairs, a dining bench, a lamp, a night stand, an accent chair, a side table, and started with even more than that all for about 100$ a month which was DELIVERED AND ASSEMBLED FOR FREE. Fast forward two years later, I am less than 200$ away from OWNING all this furniture and fernish is helping me move all of these items into my NEW apartment for FREE ?! Do it. If you were thinking about doing it, do it. If you weren't thinking about doing it- DO IT. You won't regret it. I stake my beautifully fully furnished apartment on it.

Can't express how happy I am with my CB2 dresser. I can't tell if it was pre loaned or brand new. No nicks, marks or scratches. I'm furnishing an entire home and couldn't spend over 1k on a dresser but Fernish allowed me to design the interior of my dreams on a fee scale I can manage. The mid century lamp, and throw pillows were excellent add ons and work perfect together.

I've purchased a bed frame, two sofas, night stand, and TV console. Everything I received from the fernish delivery crew looked just like new furniture. Delivery was done punctually and when I had a question about the delivery date and time, the fernish support team helped me out via sms in a timely manner! Fernish's CS system and team are also amazing - they take my call in a second without letting my get upset with being redirected other lines or telling me to press certain numbers. I wanted to move my payment date to a different date and my request was done within 10 second by a CS team member!

Shipping was efficient and friendly. Great communication regarding delivery time and was given two complimentary candles. Im very impressed! Please restock the Campaign Sofa in orange!

I had always gotten things like beds for free from buy nothing or cheap from friends but as I’ve gotten older I’ve needed a better mattress and just couldn’t afford it. Renting was the perfect solution for me I can pay small monthly payments and I love my new mattress! It’s reversible and I find one side too soft for me but the other side just perfect. The bed frame is premium the nicest frame I’ve ever had and I’m very excited about the rent to own option but since I don’t know where my next housing situation may take me I like to keep my options open! Couldn’t be happier! Looking forward to trying other items like dressers or even a TV!

I’ve always just bought furniture, the idea of renting or leasing never crossed my mind because the furniture was never good quality. This is not the case at all with Fernish. It’s top quality affordable and they put it together, put it where you want and if you don’t like it in the spot they will move it. Simply amazing. Also the customer service is incredible. I probably never will purchase any large items for my house again. Thank you Fernish!

I ordered Fernish last week and was really happy with the quality of goods, and the service provided by the delivery men. The only problem was that the stools delivered were much larger than I expected for my smaller studio apartment, so I knew I was going to have to send them back. Unfortunately, with having a hectic week of moving everything from my storage into my new place and working every day, I lost count of what day it was - as Fernish only provides free returns or exchanges within three days of the delivery - and this was day five. So, unfortunately, when I contacted customer service they told me that I’d have to pay $150 fee to pick up the stools. I tried to explain and negotiate, but all they could do was bring the cost down to $75. So, long story short; make sure you remember to call customer service for any returns within the three days, because even a fee of $150 or $75 is difficult to swing as I’m sure most customer’s are already struggling to live in an expensive city, which is precisely why I chose to use Fernish in the first place, as it was a more economical option.

People at Fernish are very understanding, caring, communication is great and shipping is always on spot getting my things.
