The day we moved into our new apartment, Fernish arrived with just a few of the many items we had ordered - WITH NO ADVANCE NOTICE THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE DELIVERING THE OTHER ITEMS! When we tried to find out when they planned to deliver the rest, we recieved only one brief unhelpful email and couldn't reach them by phone as their numbers have been disconnected. Still waiting for an additional response many days later! Meanwhile, we had to quickly find an alternative. We ordered from CORT who delivered in less than 48 hours! CORT had excellent customer service by phone and email, and excellent delivery service. Based on our experience, we're concerned that Fernish may be going out of business. At a minimum, they have some of the worst customer service we've experienced from any business.

I was just auto-renewed after cancelling my subscription months ago.. I don’t even have any furnish products. There is no one available to talk because the line disconnects. Extremely unprofessional, do not get furniture here.

Been with them for 5 years, discovered I’ve been paying on some items that are passed the pay off period. I asked to buy them out and they are now claiming I have a past due invoice from 2022. I show it’s been paid and they say it wasn’t! If it wasn’t paid why would they have taken payments on anything else.

The delivery almost compensated for the poor quality product.

Great customer service at the beginning when you could talk to someone. Not sure if the company is on holiday but no email replies as we have a collection date but no one acknowledging our communication to confirm even when I mark Urgent
