The furniture I ordered is great, and the guys who came with the delivery were wonderful, respectful, assembled the furniture quickly and efficiently, helped with other stuff so kindly, and were so careful not to cause any damage to the home while doing all of it. All the items I ordered were delivered in time, and so quickly. The team that delivers and builds the items in house are so efficient and respectful. Yes some items are out of stock and that is annoying, but we have to keep in mind supply chain issues that are a global issue and be grateful for the things we have. I just went through a difficult move/life transition and fernish helped me feel at home in my new place quickly. Customer service was super responsive and replaced out of stock items, or items that didn't work in my space with no issues.

I was trying to rent a bed frame and mattress from Fernish. As I was checking out, due to the items I picked being out of stock, I was made to purchase the more expensive items which I was okay with. I specifically emailed fernish about this delivery, telling them that I do not have another means to sleep on, and to please be mindful and make sure my delivery happens on the day it is supposed to. Fernish then only delivered my bed frame, and not a mattress like they were pranking me… customer service was utterly unable to help and not at cause - their only option was to get me a mattress a week later. I was not properly let known that the mattress was out of stock nor did Fernish taks any steps to make my customer experience better. I was visibly very upset at customer service who offerted no additional help or benefits AND I have to pay in full for a bed frame that was unusable for days, because I did not have a mattress, because fernish failed me. Terrible experience.

Great service! The furniture selection was better than competitors. All contact was timely, professional and courteous. The product is great quality and stylish! Very pleased with payment options. Delivery and set up was on time and done as requested without having to be on site. Overall, great service.

I am in love with the dresser I got from fernish and the process was soo easy. After years of building my own furniture, it was amazing to receive something fully assembled. I wish they had a bit more variety in their price points but the furniture they offer is great quality so it makes sense that they’re expensive.

I absolutely love Fernish!! I had came across The Floyd bed frame through Floyd originally but i didn't want to spend a thousand dollars right then and there for a bed frame. I decided to look elsewhere to see if i could find it in payments. Well I found Fernish, and could not be happier with their entire team. The scheduling of the delivery is amazing, you actually talk to a human through the whole process which is so much easier! Then delivery day came and they were super helpful and fast! They offered to build the bed frame for us right then and there, I personally declined because i wanted the experience with my loved one! But its the consideration that really mattered! ill definitely be back as we are redoing our entire living room!! Thanks guys!

The process is so simple. It’s like ordering a pizza, that easy. The furniture was delivered and assembled and within 15 minutes I was sitting on a brand new couch. And this couch is SUSPICIOUSLY COMFORTABLE… it’s too good to be true. Best furniture acquisition experience ever.

Love my furniture!

I love to switch up my room every few months and hate committing to a single piece of furniture or decor. Fernish had great prices to rent or rent to own (even buy) and the delivery was extremely seamless. I was extra impressed given the busy nyc street I live on. The products are high quality and make my room look very luxe. I highly recommend!

The furniture I picked out fits perfectly in my apartment and looks just like I hoped it would. High quality pieces with no flaws/damage from delivery or previous customers. The biggest value here is not having to wait 3 months for your furniture - it all comes in less than a week. Hopeful they continue to release new styles/pieces. It was a bit difficult to find more than one or two options that fit my style.

The ease of ordering, the customer service, and the delivery team made the experience so smooth. The quality of the dresser and matching nightstand are solid - everything came in perfect shape and assembled nicely. Thankful for Fernish because we could get new furniture we’ve been wanting and not having to shell all of that money out in one shot. Where to start. Recently relocated for a 12 month stint. Did not want to purchase HH items only to pack with possible next move. Fernish expertly executed on delivery, set up, more. Cannot say enough about the install team and customer service. Simply put: flawless.
