The Forever Love tea pot arrived,beautifully packaged 📦 to prevent damage. Nicely crafted from the pot itself with its heart design to the lid and diffuser. Tearoom came through with flying colors. I wouldn't hesitate to order again from them.

After one request for something on the site I forgot about it and figured I’d check my email later for a reply. Then a box showed up at my house with a generous gift!

I like the quality of the glass and the stainless steel strainer inside. The size is good for one big cup of tea. The shipping was great, I didn't have to wait too long for delivery. However, the spout on this particular teapot is not engineered well. So, when I start to pour a full pot of tea, it dribbles along the side of the tea pot and creates a small puddle on the table, not ideal.

This has always been one of my favorite tea companies.

The pitcher was delivered in one piece and very well packaged against breaking. The product was as advertised and meets expectations.

Packaging is beautiful. The tins are very pretty lining up on my counter top, and the seal on the lid keeps the teas very fresh.

i bought in 15 oz, 27 oz, and 40 oz capacity. work great as stove top tea kettle and mesh strainer keeps fine loose leaf green tea out of my cup.
