I can't say enough about TeaBloom's customer service. I got an answer to my safety and construction questions in less than a day. Then, when I mistakenly sent the wrong teapot as a gift to my nephew, TeaBloom responded to my email about how to handle it immediately and ended up sending out the right one and allowing him to keep both! This World Collection is stunning! The gourmet pyramid bags look beautiful in a glass mug while steeping, and the variety of flavors is fantastic. Everything feels very premium and luxurious, from the packaging to the taste of the organic whole-leaf tea. This would make a wonderful gift, but I’m happily keeping it all for myself!
