It took a long time to get here but the main thing I got it.

Our 4 year old weight scale stopped working and when I called Taylor Precision a few weeks ago, they offered to send me a replacement because the warranty was for 5 years. They did it with no fuss and I am really impressed with their customer service. I will recommend them not only for the quality products but also for the amazing way they treat their customers.

Had a problem with the order being stuck somewhere. Taylor solved it immediately after one email to them.

Thermometer was about 8° off from my other thermometers, but Taylor is taking care of that. very much liks the looks

I previously owned a Taylor Window thermometer and it lasted for many years mounted outside my kitchen window. Ultimately, the Sun’s UV light took its toll on the plastic and I had to replace it. It was easy to replace because the aluminum mount had the same screw hole locations as the old one. The numbers are still as easy to read on the new thermometer as they were on the old one. Great product with an “old school” design.

I ordered it, it shipped, it was delivered and I am happy with it.
