I purchased a wireless remote sensor outdoor/indoor thermometer and the booklet was glued to the cardboard part of pkg and instruction sheet I needed was torn. Went on line started to email cust. serv. because phone you usually wait 20 min and can't understand. The nicest gentleman and should have asked for name helped patiently taking me through steps. Made my day and appreciate him so so much, cust serv like that you don't forget.
