We did not experience any problems with TAVCO on the order of our Canon TM 200. Their staff was very thorough, and answered any questions we had before purchasing the product. TAVCO did a great job of making sure our shipment of the TM 200 arrived in the time frame they specified. We will use TAVCO again in the future for other products!

Prompt delivery and at a very good price

My company was waiting on this. I received a notice saying it was delivered and we never received it. I called to find out the location and it seems that is was shipped to the wrong address. There was never a call or email letting me know the status. When I called the lady said "Oh, I'm glad you called. We have a note here that your shipment went to the wrong address"

You know, I hate reviews. However we determined if would be the best situation for our firm to purchase a scanner capable of 24x36 sheets for archival purposes. This "design/build" firm has drawings dating back to 1965. They needed to be digitized. I/we could not be more impressed with the machine or the service from you --you folks ROCK!
