This is my first time order with Tavco. Never heard of this company. I was hesitated whether the website is legitimate. I ordered in the afternoon and didnt really expect that it would be processed that day. I was in awe when my product was not only processed but shipped that very day. Received my product within a day without any extra expedited shipping upgrade. Thank you to the team for all of your hard work to get it out so quickly!! Will definitely order more in the future! Highly recommended!

AI Vectorize is a powerful tool to convert a raster image to a . dxf document. It has saved me a week of work by converting a . pdf drawing with a thousand ground points and a multitude of lines and polygons into a scalable CAD drawing. I wish, in the future, the application's algorithms will be able to convert dash lines to continuous lines, symbols to symbols, and letters to letters. Great product with huge potential!

I would recommend your company to anyone that needs parts or ink for their printers.

I got my order in a timely manner. There was nothing in the box as far as a manual or product description to use the item bought. Tracking did not correspond with delivery to follow.

As a first time customer, I was initially skeptical but pleased with my on line purchase. Unfortunately, an understandable mistake was made by the TAVCO warehouse and shipment of the wrong item resulted in the necessity of my contacting TAVCO about a remedy. I was treated like a longtime customer and the issue was resolved immediately with a smile.
