I got my order in a timely manner. There was nothing in the box as far as a manual or product description to use the item bought. Tracking did not correspond with delivery to follow.

As a first time customer, I was initially skeptical but pleased with my on line purchase. Unfortunately, an understandable mistake was made by the TAVCO warehouse and shipment of the wrong item resulted in the necessity of my contacting TAVCO about a remedy. I was treated like a longtime customer and the issue was resolved immediately with a smile.

We're still missing the fifth roll of mylar we ordered.

TAVCO's Dawn was fantastic to work with. She exhibited flexibility and patience while working with me on a somewhat non-regular order. Working with Dawn was a professional and relaxed experience.

Easy navigation and ordering process. Fair price. Quick turn around. Will be back to order more in the future.

Adrian Has always taken care of us.

We always have positive experiences with Tavco and have nothing but great things to say. Most importantly, they offer personal service with prompt response and dependability. Couldn't ask for more.

Loved it.

I recently had an outstanding experience with TAVCO and I can't recommend them enough for anyone looking for printer parts online. From the moment I visited their website, the user experience was smooth and easy. The layout made it simple to find the exact part I needed, with clear product descriptions and specifications. What really stood out to me was the wide range of parts they offer, covering everything from toner cartridges to replacement rollers and fuser units. I was able to locate a hard-to-find part for my older printer model, which I thought would take ages to track down. The checkout process was seamless, and shipping was impressively fast. I received my order within a few days, and everything was packed securely. The parts themselves were high quality and fit my printer perfectly, working just like new after installation. Customer support was also top-notch. I had a question about compatibility before placing my order, and their team was quick to respond with helpful and detailed advice. If you're in need of printer parts, I highly recommend TAVCO. Great prices, exceptional service, and reliable products—I'll definitely be shopping here again!
