Arrived quickly and installed but unfortunately did not work lights on trailer?

Product looks like great quality, the box it came it had the fastener push through and rip a hole in the box. might need reinforcement locally over that area so customers don't receive a product with a damaged box. For me that means I start looking into what else has been damaged or if the product is satisfactory.
