I’ve already talked to someone about this at Taft. I ordered the Oxblood boots for my daughter. I usually by her boots from Taos. It was a final sale. My finger must have slipped as I ordered a size much to small. I just wanted to swap it out for the proper size. I’ll even pay the shipping. The boots are still in the box with shipping plastic around it. This was denied. I guess I’ll stick with Taos. They’ve helped me even on a mistake. I usually buy my son’s boots from Taft. No longer. Even Rothy’s is more helpful.
