Love these boots! This is my 10th pair of Taft and every single one lives up to the standard. These boots can be dressed up or dressed down to fit any occasion and catch everyone’s eyes.

This pair is my fifth with Taft and I will be back. While I am quite well schooled with the exceptional quality of each Taft product, I want to shout out the excellent customer service. I bought this pair on last chance. It suggested to size up, which I did but I didn’t size up sufficiently. What would’ve helped was the conversion of US sizing to EU sizing, but Taft didn’t have that on hand. When I got the pair, I loved everything about it but the size. I am usually a M7 and would typically wear a W8. 5 if I was crossing over to one of the women’s selections. As suggested on the listing, I sized up from a W8. 5 to a W9, but it wasn’t enough. Despite the sizing up, it was still too tight. I couldn’t use the existing process for returns because that is automated and final sale is usually not-refundable. But Taft has been good to me, so I reached out to their team. Taft was excellent with customer service and was able to help me swap it out for a 10 that fit like a glove. Bottom line: watch the sizing! When in doubt, ask. The Taft team is super responsive. They know exactly how each shoe fits, can access your purchase history to offer recommendations, and then they’re super with the turnaround. The look and feel of this shoe (Lucia) is fantastic. It makes me think of a Louboutin - as luxurious but without the price tag and worth every cent in value and comfort. The packaging is outstanding - super luxurious and feels far more expensive than it actually is.

Terrible customer service. Shoe runs small. Final sale for full priced shoe. Management will not exchange for next size up. Beware of sizing.

Unfortunately, the boot was slightly larger than my other Taft shoes, and the other sizes were sold out. I recommend ordering a half size down. Other than that, the quality was beautiful.
