Really solid product overall. The diaper bag has great storage and organization, and the baby carrier is comfortable and convenient. It’s especially nice having both in one system.

So I have had a bag for 3 years, the shoulder started ripping. I had reached out to the warranty section of TBG on a Saturday evening, explained to them what was going on. I then received an email less than 24 hours later, emailed back and forth 4 times and was told a new bag would be on its way. It was simple, extremely responsive, and THE best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I love their bags and products! Will never go back to anything else!

I was surprised to see how quickly my order arrived. I had placed the order over the weekend and the original arrival date was Friday but it arrived 2 days earlier. This was awesome because our baby arrived just a few days after. The video tutorials were a big help in learning about the products and how to use them.
