Your website was difficult to navigate, didn’t provide the ability to send a gift note and automatically changed the shipping address to the billing address. Since many items purchased on your website are for gifts, I would have expected a better customer experience

I'm an often technical challenged lady and I made a mistake on the shipping address in my order. It was during their black Friday sales, so very busy for them. TBG was awesome.
