First let me say I love my rug and had a fantastic experience dealing with Maddy from Tabrizi Rugs. I live in Toronto and found Tabrizi and my specific rug by Googling. I would never have thought I'd buy a rug without seeing it in person but Maddy was more than helpful and made me feel confident I chose the right rug. I sent her pics of my space and she sent me extra pics of the carpet. She answered all my questions. Purchase was easy, the price was right and I was happy with their 30 day return policy. The rug arrived by Fedex and I was thrilled with it. I highly recommend Tabrizi Rugs!
