We bought the most beautiful rug from Tabrizi yesterday 💕. We were just planning to stop and take a look but the witty and knowledgeable PhD Rugologist (Maher) found us a wonderful Joshagen rug - we were convinced. It now lays proudly in our living room and has created such an elevated and cozy feeling in our space. The dogs like it too!

We are most happy with the rug and absolutely will not return it! It picks up all the colours of the furniture (even if old) and the colours of the tile in front of the wood stove. It is perfect and made for that room! We spend all our time in that room. You may think that part of that coffee table should be on the rug but I did not want that. We have 6 grandchildren under 12 who like to push that coffee table back and forth against the couch for their activities and being heavy, the table is better not to be on the rug! Thank-you for your help! You are quite the rugologist (new word in our vocabulary)!

I had originally purchased a power loomed rug because it was more affordable. While it was gorgeous, I kept returning to the website to view the hand-knotted rugs. Ultimately, I called Tabrizi to request a return, and they were very accommodating. I ended up purchasing this vintage hand-knotted rug from Iran, and I couldn't be happier. If I can give any of you a word of advice, it would be this: you are better off investing in a true work of craftsmanship that will last you a lifetime than a fossil fuel byproduct that will end up in a landfill in a few years. If your budget can allow it, you won't regret supporting skilled cultural artisans and their local distributers. Thank you, King!
