I highly recommend purchasing from them! I initially ordered a rug, and the Tabrizi Rug team noticed a small defect before shipping. They called me right away and offered to order a similar replacement instead. The new rug was actually more expensive, but they didn’t charge me anything extra. Shipping was fast, and the whole experience was great. I’ll definitely buy from them again!
