I’ve just received two flasks, the first was ordered for me, I love it. Nicole was awesome, really helpful with the engraving and super fast, charming too - my flask arrived within three days of ordering, which led to my ordering of a second flask for my son. Same deal, a beauty of an engraved hip-flask arrived three days after ordering. I ordered at the last minute for a 21st Birthday present fully expecting it would turn out to be a belated present. I was absolutely blown away by the speed with which they fulfilled the order and ensured it got there for my nephew's birthday (at least I had the foresight to make sure he had some 21yr old whisky to put in it). Hi Great service - but one flaw. This was a farewell gift for ex Boss. A SWIG with Union Jack cover. He got it, but did not realise who it was from. Totally puzzled - did not think to take the cover off to see engraving!! Thanks - he was over the Moon when he found out
