Thank you to David, Nicole and Susan. I had a particular design that I wanted engraved. The quality of my own design wasn't up to scratch. So, David had to send it off to be redrawn by a specialist. The result was awesome and I was kept informed of it's progress every step of the way. Now I have my engraved SWIG Flask in my hand and it's quality. I ordered a flask for my boyfriend’s birthday and chose a complicated design to be engraved on it that proved to be a challenge. It got to the point where I was just going to use a simplified version, but SWIG found a way to make it work, got the flask to my boyfriend and we couldn’t be happier with the results! David sent it the day after my order but it didn't move from our Royal mail depot for more than a week. I sent an email and he sent another one by DHL so I got it on the 24th of December.
