I purchased a cover and 6 months ago, I would have shipping notification next day it was 13 days after my order before I was supplied with a shipping notification on an in stock product, this seems unusually long.

I dropped two stars because pinching the tip makes it look cheap and does not fit well. I'd pay a few bucks more to have a two-inch piece of material between the top and bottom seams like my current Giants examples. That 2" piece of material can be where Swag can promo their logo!

Nonresponsive, have sent 4 emails to customer service

Ordered this bag on June 15th. Was told it was guaranteed delivery by 15th of Septemeber. The 11th of Septemeber emailed and asked when the bag was shipping and was told it would ship in a "week or so" I emailed them back and had to threaten a refund if the bag wasn't delivered like "guaranteed" on the 15th. Amazingly the bag shipped on the 12th after my email and was delivered on the 15th. Horrible customer service. Will not answer anything and no help at all. Would not recommend to anyone and will never purchase again from Swag.

Ordered something four weeks before my golf outing. Did not show up until after.
